The KitchenAid KSMVSA Fresh Prep Slicer/Shredder Attachment saves time on your everyday food prep. This attachment is designed to connect to the power hub of Household KitchenAid stand mixers. The motor of your KitchenAid stand mixer slices and shreds vegetables, cheese, potatoes, cabbage, cucumbers, zucchini and more.
The set has three quick change blades: 3mm for slicing, 4mm for medium shredding, and 6mm for coarse shredding. And that gives you options for salads, slaws, hash browns, shredded cheese, soups, casseroles, and more. The 2-in-1 feed tube can handle different sizes of ingredients, and the included storage case keeps the attachment and accessories organized.
Cleanup is a breeze: KitchenAid says the blades and accessories are dishwasher safe on the top rack, but the main attachment housing should be hand washed.
